Our mission is to create a one-stop-shop that connects Black women with the essential resources they need to flourish academically, socially, and professionally. We believe in the power of education and the strength of community to transform lives and shape futures. Cocoa Diaries is committed to lifting up and empowering the next generation of Black women leaders, innovators, and scholars.
Our Approach
Cocoa Diaries harnesses the potential of digital platforms to bring valuable resources directly to Black women. Our digital space is designed to be an empowering environment where members can access educational materials, career guidance, and a supportive community tailored to their needs.
Simultaneously, we collaborate closely with colleges and universities to enhance the recruitment and retention of Black collegiate women. Through bespoke workshops, developmental experiences, and engaging speaking engagements, we bring our mission directly to campuses, enriching the academic journey and supporting institutions in fostering a more inclusive and supportive environment.
